Participating in a very competitive category where consumers are increasingly demanding, Maestro identified the customer need to improve their shopping experience. The project required a re-ordering of its stores that would allow a better connection and fit with two main target audiences: the master-builder and end-customer.

We developed the visual merchandising system for all the stores, the redesign of its facades, inside experience, zoning and signage. In addition, we also developed the refreshment of the brand in order to support the promise to give customers a more modern, closer and specialist experience.
